Magnolia Project is located next to Regina Maria Park. Its construction was initiated in the third quarter of 2006, when there was a great demand for good quality apartments, generous in terms of space, and modern designed buildings. Adapting to the demand, Alesonor proposed a project with a unique design in Bucharest. The building consisted of 40 three rooms luxurious apartments, sized between 120 sqm to 150 sqm. The sales of the project began in 2008 and were completed successfully in 2009, in the first period of the real estate crisis. Alesonor’s management team understood and rapidly adapted to the changes of the market and of clients’ demands.
