In 2005, Alesonor developed its first real estate project, Clover Residence. The land is located at the centre of Bucharest, close to Victoriei Square, next to Cismigiu Park. The building consists of 9 luxurious apartments with two, three and four rooms, sized between 90 and 170 sqm, which were successfully sold in 2006.

The investment in the project: approx. 1 million euro.
