Alesonor started and finished Almond Tree Residence during the most difficult period for the Romanian real estate market (2010-2012). The experience accumulated from the previous years, in addition to an extensive market research culminated in a tremendously successful project. With higher selling price of approx. 30% compared to neighbouring buildings, the Almond Tree project was successfully sold in less than 10 months since the official sales launch. The clients highly appreciated the aesthetics, the quality of materials and the unique energy performance of the apartments.
